📦 Order preparation and shipping

At Pepita79, we prepare each order by hand from our workshop, packing it with all the love in the world along with little details that you will love ✨

Preparation time: If your little jewels are in stock (we indicate this on each product), we ship them within 24-48 business hours.

Delivery time: From there, the delivery time will depend on the type of shipping and the destination.

Shipping cost:

  • Peninsula: €4.99 (PAQ 48h-72h)
  • Other destinations: Calculated dynamically in the cart.
  • Free shipping: If your order exceeds +89€, we will send it to you completely FREE (promotion only valid for the Peninsula).

We will send you an email when your order is on its way, and we will provide your contact information to the carrier so they can contact you with the tracking information.

🌏 Where does it depart from and where does it arrive?

Each order is sent with love from our workshop in 📍 Málaga ( Spain ), where all Pepita79's little jewels are born!

We ship to practically the whole world, and of course, we don't forget anyone: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla… wherever you are, your order is on its way!

If your country or address does not appear when making your purchase, write to us in the contact form and we will see how to make it possible.

Please note that for countries outside the European Union or territories with a special tax regime, taxes or fees may be charged upon delivery.

🔁 Returns and exchanges

It hurts our hearts when a little gem isn't what you expected 🥺. But if you need to make an exchange or return something, it's okay, we understand. You can do so within 14 days after receiving your order.

We only ask that you:

The jewel and packaging are unused and in perfect condition.

Write to us in the contact form telling us what you need.

Important:
In voluntary returns, a fixed amount of €9.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, packaging, and handling costs.

    The delivery time starts counting from when the order leaves the workshop, not from when you place it. Before that, we need 24–48 business hours to prepare it.

    On special dates like sales, Black Friday, or Christmas, agencies are at full capacity and shipments may experience some delay. Be patient, your little gem is on its way!

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, with which you can check where your order is.
