At Pepita79, we work with care, time, and great attention to detail to bring unique pieces to life. Each little jewel is handmade, through processes that are not industrial and may result in slight variations between one piece and another. Therefore, we understand after-sales service not as a formality, but as a space to also take care of what happens after your purchase.
Below, we explain how we handle returns, warranties, and legal rights, always within the framework of Spanish and European legislation.
1. Legal guarantee
All our little jewels have a legal warranty from the moment of delivery, as required by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This means that if any product has a manufacturing defect, we commit to repairing or replacing it. And if there is no other solution, refunding you the amount. And all this, at no cost to you.
2. What is considered (and what is not) a manufacturing defect?
Although every piece at Pepita79 is handmade with great care and attention, in very rare cases, something may not turn out as it should.
A manufacturing defect is any internal fault of the product that prevents its normal use and that is not due to wear, misuse, or the handcrafted nature of the piece.
For example: a little gem that breaks without having been hit, a bond that peels off as soon as it's used, or a component mounted incorrectly. We take care of these situations and will be happy to help you resolve them.
Now, when it comes to handmade costume jewelry, it is important to keep in mind that each piece is unique. Small differences in color, shape, position, or finish are completely normal and are part of the charm of handmade items.
These variations are not considered defects, as long as they do not affect the functionality or the overall quality of the product.
Similarly, the color of the product may appear slightly altered depending on the type of screen, lighting, or device from which the photos are viewed. Although we strive to ensure that the images accurately reflect the actual product, we cannot guarantee an exact match. If you have any doubts about a tone or finish, we encourage you to check the photos from various devices before purchasing.
3. What the warranty does not cover
Although we are always here to help you, there are situations that we cannot cover:
- Misuse, impacts or falls.
- Natural wear with use (such as rubbing or loss of shine over time).
- Damage from contact with water, perfumes, creams, or chemical products.
- Repairs or manipulations made by third parties.
4. If something is not right...
Write to us through the contact form indicating your order number. Our team will evaluate your case with care and transparency.
If it is confirmed to be a defect covered by the warranty, we will take care of everything: pickup, repair, replacement, or refund.
5. Right of withdrawal
If upon receiving your order you change your mind, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the following 14 calendar days. We only need you to:
1. Write to us with your order number ( contact form )
2. Return the product unused, in its original packaging, just as you received it and in perfect condition.
A fixed amount of €9.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, packaging, and handling costs.
6. Customized or random products
Pieces that have been custom-made or exclusively personalized for you cannot be returned, except in case of defect. This is established by law and we hope you understand: we cannot resell that type of pieces.
Withdrawal of surprise or random products is also not accepted, due to the very nature of the product.
